Innovative and steady wins the RACE
In Ramayana, Hanuman was assigned a task to search Sita. He has not seen Sita earlier nor does he know how she is to be identified. Still he went to Lanka. He was to cross the sea and subjected to encounter many hurdles on his way. All his efforts were in vain at one stage as he could not found Sita there. Still he was not discouraged. He evaluated total system he followed all the time and thought past practises are not sufficient. And wherever there is a flaw he rectified in his plan and intensified his search with full enthusiasm and clarity. At last, he could found her in Lanka successfully and come back. What all the qualities that have contributed to his success are summarised... He was confident that he could succeed (Confidence), He ignited his mind and observed every inch of Lanka (Keen observation), with full clarity of consequences he moved forward (thorough understanding), he moved as a small monkey (flawless planning), never he quit his trail (perseverance), alone he entered Lanka and fought with all evils (courage}, never felt it is not my job (dedication) and He fought with Rakshasas and entered the courtyard of Ravana and tried to convince Ravana to surrender Sita to Rama to avoid a war (Putting total efforts) all the above qualities have presented him the rarest success. One should not take rest till the work is completed.
